As all products are custom made, there are no refunds on these products.

Please check all measurements before placing your order.  Orders will ship 4-6 weeks from order date via UPS and a signature is required.

If you received a product that was damaged during shipment, we will file the claim and we will issue a pick-up of that item in its original packaging and box.  We will replace the item or refund your money at the company's option. 

Refund will be given same as payment.
